After scheduling your inspections, if an inspector is called and begins travel a 4 hour minimum call will be charged. If you cancel or reschedule your inspection prior to the inspector beginning travel you won't be charged the call out charge.
We generally will provide an estimate of charges for your inspections based on the type of devices/cranes, their location, severity of use and if the inspection is needed asap. If you don't agree with an estimate, please discuss your concerns. There may be ways of adjusting the billing and we may be offering discounts which haven't been applied to an estimate. Discounts are applied to invoices.
Non-payment of invoices may result in recall of you passing inspection sticker.
